Slows down the tailgate
The Tail Gate Assist slows down the tailgate as advertised. Installation is simple and fast. The tailgate will begin to drop until it is about half way down and then the gate assist kicks in slowing the opening speed. I have had a few trucks and this is the first time for a product like this. Well worth the price.
