(i) Upfitter Pty Ltd (Upfitter, we, us, our), respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. Weadhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) to the extent they apply to us. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.

When you visit our website
(i) When you come to our website (upfitter.com.au) we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

(ii) We and our advertising and analytics partners use tracking technologies on our website such as cookies, tags, pixels, GIFs, or other identifiers on your device and browser settings collectively known as ‘tags’. We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our website, to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal identifiable information.
Re-marketing & Advertising
(vi) Upfitter employs the use of interest-based advertising which is provided by advertising services providers that include Google, DoubleClick, Facebook, Microsoft and others from time to time. This type of advertising may include search advertising, banner advertising and other internet advertising (i.e Facebook) to show you our ads based on your likely interests as identified by our advertising partners or products you have previously viewed on our website or other websites. If you see Upfitter Pty Ltd advertising on a website, it is displayed by our advertising service providers on our behalf. We do not specify which websites these advertising service providers should display our advertising on.
(vii) Upfitter respects your privacy as a user, and you can opt-out from being included in interest-based advertising provided by our advertising service providers on supported devices: Your iOS mobile device may provide a “Limit Ad Tracking” setting.
