Rope Stopper

Premium accessory to protect the fairlead

• Protect the hawse fairlead from damage of the hook.
• The stopper is used as an isolator to eliminates hook impact when winch is cable-in.
• Two-piece design with two screws for easy installation and removal.
• Suitable for 10 mm (3/8”) & 11 mm (7/16”) in diameter synthetic rope and hawse fairlead.
• Made of rubber with tough construction.
• Stopper weight: 120 g

INSTALLATIONS

1. Disengaged the clutch.
2. Freespool and pull out the rope.
3. Engaged the clutch
4. Take off clevis hook from winch rope.
5. Remove the two screws and separate the two halves of the winch rope stopper.
6. Place the rope between the two halves and insert the four bolts and tighten.
7. Re-attach clevis hook to rope thimble.
8. Engaged clutch and retract rope onto winch drum until clevis hook is close to the winch rope stopper and hawse fairlead.
