DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed and despatched within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email (and SMS if you provided your mobile number) with your tracking information and estimated delivery date once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING
We use Shippit for deliveries and depending on your order, it may be delivered by Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, Couriers Please or Direct Freight Express.
Shipping time may be between 1 and 14 days depending on your location and stock availability.
We ship to both commercial and domestic/residential addresses within Australia and do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to size and weight restrictions.
Delivery method is Standard and timings depend on your location and the product being shipped.
You may also request to use your own courier. To do this, select "BYO Courier" during checkout under Shipping Options. Our warehouse will advise when your order is ready for collection. You should not book your courier until you have received the warehouse confirmation that your parcel is ready for pick up. Our Customer Support team will be able to provide weight and dimensions.
